The Trumbull County Heritage Festival was held on September 20-21, 2003, celebrating Trumbull County's early history and Ohio's Bicentennial. Held in downtown Warren, Ohio's, Historic District, the Festival was sponsored by the Trumbull County Historical Society and several organizations and museums in the area.
